Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to our virtual assistant services, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on service offerings and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
