Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to German-speaking customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about book availability, order tracking, and account issues.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and feedback on customer experiences.
- Stay informed about new releases, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the retail or online bookstore sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office applications.
