Deree – The American College of Greece seeks a qualified person as Student Affairs/Student Administrator. The person who will fill this position will enhance student life on campus through the provision of programs, resources and experiences that educate students beyond the classroom, broaden their horizons, enable them to think critically and creatively with the purpose of promoting personal development, and creating a sense of community. Main Responsibilities: Enhances student life on campus through the provision of programs, resources and experiences initiated and implemented from the Office of Student Affairs.Provides guidance and support on Student Life processes to Clubs, Organizations and their advisors and follows up on implementation of student groups’ events.Updates the co-curricular transcript for all active members (Clubs and Organizations)Manages the social media of the Office of Student Affairs; maintains the Facebook, Instagram, Student Affairs Blackboard, TV screens and the college website for the Office of Student Affairs, Student Clubs and Organizations to support and ensure communication and promotion initiatives for various College events, internships, study abroad, scholarships, and participation of Deree students in College supported internal and external events. Provides administrative support in events supported or organized by the Office of Student Affairs.Collaborates with the office of international student services to enhance engagement opportunities of study abroad and international degree-seeking students.Creates online surveys, collects and analyse statistical data.
