We operate 67 stores, 4 eShops and an ecosystem of digital properties such as: public ticketing, public business and The Category Marketing Manager is responsible to develop & lead the category of Technology through a full stack marketing plan and deliver the optimum customer experience, achieve marketing objectives based on business needs within brand requirements and cost factors. Responsibilities: Proposing and controlling the implementation of 360 marketing Plans ensuring the successful execution of promotional material in all communication channels (ATL, BTL, Digital, In Store) Cooperating with the relative teams in the design of the go-to-market plans and coordinating the execution of the marketing initiatives Reviewing the marketing material delivered by vendors or internal teams and validating that is compliant with the brand guidelines Assessing the impact of the marketing initiatives and KPIs, proposing improvements for enhancement Working directly with global suppliers for the implementation of the common communication plans Coming up to propose innovative ideas Contributing into the preparation of the annual marketing strategy Requirements: Bachelor's degree Prior professional experience in the Retail industry will be considered an advantage Good knowledge of Home Appliances category will be considered as a plus Excellent use of Excel & PowerPoint Fluency in English, both in written and oral Good communication & interpersonal skills Planning & coordination skills Numeracy skills & commercial awareness Desired Qualifications: Master's degree Ability to translate insights into actions Flexibility & adaptability Team spirit and cross functional collaboration skills What we offer: Competitive compensation & benefits package Dynamic work environment Exciting opportunity to grow with the role Great experience in a well-known and respected growing business LinkedIn Learning account for continuous learning All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
