Optimal, on behalf of its client, a leading import organization with a broad network and diverse investment activities, is seeking an ERP Analyst, based in Athens.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with all departments to gather and document user requirements and draft project scopes and technical specifications.
- Work closely with the IT team to design, develop, test, and implement new processes or system changes.
- Monitor core company systems (ERP, WMS, B2 B) and ensure smooth data exchange between platforms (Interfaces).
- Track project progress and liaise with users to confirm successful implementation.
- Prepare user manuals and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Good knowledge of English
- Basic knowledge of scripting and SQL within RDBMS environments.
- Understanding of Triggers, Cursors, and concepts like On Update, On Delete, On Insert, etc.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports (Business Objects) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and set priorities.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams.
