At Aegeanstar Hotels, we're seeking an Executive Secretary to join our team in Crete, Greece.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our C-Level executive in a dynamic and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Professionally handle phone calls and provide assistance as needed.Offer high-level administrative support to our executive team.Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Liaise with clients when necessary.Perform clerical tasks such as drafting letters, reports, and presentations.Organize travel and accommodation arrangements.Handle incoming communications, prioritize tasks, and distribute information accordingly.Maintain accurate records and files, both digitally and physically.Manage and update executive calendars and agendas.Undertake any additional duties as assigned.Requirements:
College degree required (University degree preferred).Fluency in English, German and Greek & German (written and verbal); additional languages a plus.Minimum three years of relevant experience.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in office administration and record keeping.Advanced computer skills, including MS Office or similar software.Benefits:
