This role is key to supporting clients in addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance while contributing to the fight against financial crime.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in relation to anti-financial crime policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding compliance requirements, fraud detection, and financial crime reporting.
- Support clients through complex issues, ensuring accurate information and effective resolutions.
- Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain up-to-date records for compliance and training purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues related to financial crime as necessary.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices regarding financial crime prevention.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within a financial, compliance, or legal environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex inquiries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive information responsibly.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to the evolving landscape of financial crime prevention.
