The Portfolio Management Analyst is responsible for end-to-end analysis and monitoring of performance across all recovery strategies (Collections / Modifications / Legal Actions) and portfolios.
Main Accountabilities
• Performs deep dive analyses to evaluate portfolio performance and KPIs
• Designs and develops business reporting for the management and portfolio committees
• Utilizes Portfolio management tools to operationalize the required strategies
• Monitors the Operating Model Performance and inquiries on deviations
• Monitors the portfolios and identifies trends, strengths or weaknesses in the performance while participating in the appropriate corrective measurements design
• Presents results to the management, identifying strengths and weaknesses
• Participates in Business Plan preparation and monitoring
• Modelling or Forecasting on specific metrics of the portfolio
Requirements
Education, Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or any other Business-related studies
• 3+ years of experience in similar positions of Servicing of NPL Portfolios
• Strong analytics background and familiar with Data management
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and at least one of the following software: SQL, SPSS
• Sound knowledge of BI tools
• Sound knowledge of remedial management of Non-Performing Loans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek
