The Portfolio Management Senior Analyst is responsible for end-to-end analysis across all recovery strategies and monitoring of portfolios performance.
Main Accountabilities
- Conducts in-depth analyses to assess and evaluate portfolio performance thoroughly
- Designs, develops and oversees business reports for both management and portfolio committees
- Actively participates in the preparation of the Business Plan
- Utilizes Portfolio management tools to effectively operationalize the required strategies
- Monitors the performance of the Portfolio’s Operating Model Performance, meticulously examining any deviations
- Identifies trends, strengths or weaknesses in the performance and actively contributes to the design of appropriate corrective measures
Requirements
Education, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or any other Business-related studies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit and portfolio analysis in financial services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Computer Literacy, excellent use of Microsoft Office applications and at least one of the following softwares: SQL, SPSS, Access
- Sound knowledge of BI tools
- Knowledge of remedial management of Non-Performing Loans will be considered as an asset
