The Portfolio Management Senior Analyst is responsible for end-to-end analysis across all recovery strategies and monitoring of portfolios performance.

Main Accountabilities

• Conducts in-depth analyses to assess and evaluate portfolio performance thoroughly
• Designs, develops and oversees business reports for both management and portfolio committees
• Actively participates in the preparation of the Business Plan
• Utilizes Portfolio management tools to effectively operationalize the required strategies
• Monitors the performance of the Portfolio’s Operating Model Performance, meticulously examining any deviations
• Identifies trends, strengths or weaknesses in the performance and actively contributes to the design of appropriate corrective measures

Requirements

Education, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or any other Business-related studies
• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit and portfolio analysis in financial services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Computer Literacy, excellent use of Microsoft Office applications and at least one of the following softwares: SQL, SPSS, Access
• Sound knowledge of BI tools
• Knowledge of remedial management of Non-Performing Loans will be considered as an asset
