Mercier Consultancy is in search of a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Consultant for our Finance Department. In this essential role, you will support our Portuguese-speaking clients with their inquiries related to financial services, providing them with accurate information and excellent service. Your fluency in Portuguese will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their financial questions and concerns effectively.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for addressing client needs, resolving issues, and guiding them through our financial offerings. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding financial products and services
• Document client interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with financial advisors and other departments to ensure prompt resolution of client issues
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of our financial offerings
• Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for service improvement
• Participate in training programs to strengthen your knowledge of our financial services

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in finance or a related field
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality service
• Familiarity with financial products or terminology is an advantage
