This position is responsible for daily route planning of tasks generated by internal and external clients. Role is to optimize efficiencies across CX and other core teams while providing excellent customer experience. Position has time sensitive deadlines, requires high attention to detail and ability to focus for extended periods of time.What you will focus on: Handle check-in, exit, check-out tickets in accordance with the set SLAs.Respond effectively to internal requests, issues, and complaints related to unit readiness.Conduct in-depth analysis of key metrics related to client experience operations and provide actionable insights to improve performance.Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing analysis findings and present them to stakeholders.Support auditing processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Develop and maintain process documentation and contribute to process automation initiatives.Train and support newcomers during the onboarding process, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
