- Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvements.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or service roles is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Interest or background in online content creation is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
