Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding transportation services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, schedules, and service policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a satisfactory experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively and enhance service delivery.
- Inform customers about available transportation services, safety protocols, and regulations.
- Collect customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.
- Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
