We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Dating & Social Networking Apps Department. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Portuguese-speaking users regarding dating and social networking apps via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, app functionalities, and user safety guidelines.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries to ensure a positive user experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved matters promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to better understand app features and enhance user support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and app developments to provide informed assistance.
• Collect and relay user feedback to help improve app functionality and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within tech or social/app platforms.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on understanding and assisting users.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
