We are currently seeking Portuguese Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be essential in creating a positive and engaging online environment for Portuguese-speaking users across various social media platforms by monitoring content and interacting with the community.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and standards.
• Engage with users through comments and messages, providing timely responses to foster a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
• Identify, report, and escalate any inappropriate content or user behavior to the relevant teams.
• Research current trends and topics of interest within the Portuguese-speaking community to enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate with content creation teams to help develop high-quality, audience-centric material.
• Compile reports on user interactions and content performance to assist in strategy formation.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in social media platform policies and best practices for effective moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to address sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.
• Proficiency in utilizing content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
• Able to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
