Location: Remote from Greece
Languages: Croatian (C1) + English (B2+)
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00-18:30 or 11:00-19:30; occasional weekends
Support guests and hosts for a global accommodation platform. Assist users with reservations, account queries, and booking-related support in Croatian and English.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information and effective solutions via phone, chat, and email

Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to quality and performance metrics

Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written Croatian with upper-intermediate English, spoken and written

EU citizenship or valid residence card with full market access

Must reside in Greece or relocate prior to the start date
