We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Consumer Electronics Repair & Warranty Department. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and customer service, who are dedicated to helping clients navigate their repair and warranty needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients regarding electronics repair and warranty claims through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in understanding repair processes, warranty coverage, and related policies.
- Effectively address customer inquiries, technical issues, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending claims.
- Work closely with repair technicians and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to enhance their product experience.
- Collect customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, especially in the electronics or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and empathetically.
- Proficient in customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
