JOB DESCRIPTION Have you seen Chubb's news release? We are opening a Technology Hub in Greece – CBSG (Chubb Business Services Greece) and over time we are looking to recruit a wide range of tech talent to build out the Hub.  You work in Chubb’s new Technology Hub in Thessaloniki. The hub launched to deliver innovative technologies to enhance the customer experience, increase efficiency, and accelerate Chubb’s digital transformation.  Technical engineers and developers employed at the center are driving initiatives in areas such as intelligent process automation, machine learning, cloud, and data analytics, as well as cybersecurity and modernization of infrastructure systems. This new facility joins Chubb Development Centers in the United States, India, and Mexico.  What will you do ?  This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us in our new Technology Hub as an Receptionist. You will receive mentorship, guidance and support and providing comprehensive administrative support.QualificationsOFFICE SERVICES SUPPORT: As a “chief image officer” you will be act as “point of contact” for our employees and visitors and you will be the “gate keeper” of our offices.  You may support Chubb overseas visitors when in the Thessaloniki / Greece. Manage all incoming post for the managers and organize couriers via the post room. Order and maintain stationery for managers as required, manage stock of corporate goods (likely to have been acquired from Marketing) ·         Greets office visitors and announces to appropriate employee.TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT: Regularly organize complex travel across time zones, prepare itinerary for business trips, collate, check, reconcile and forward expenses as well as co-ordinate key travel requirements, i.e. VISAs. Book hotel, taxi and/or restaurants.   Consider the cost implications of travel bookings and chase up decisions and cancellations if required.  Must ensure the TRF is signed by the authorizing manager. HOLIDAY/ ABSENCE:  Ensure that team calendar is kept up to date and all team holidays and business travel are added EXPENSE MANAGEMENT /INVOICING:  ·         Enter invoices onto purchase order system; chase up outstanding / pending invoices.
