Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking clients within the Real Estate Management Department.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about properties, services, and leasing agreements.
  • Resolve client complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and update records in the customer management system.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and property managers to provide effective solutions for clients.
  • Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and company listings to provide relevant information.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify trends and potential areas for service enhancement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate management or property sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with tact and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and CRM systems.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
