We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Bulk Recruitment Team and play an important role in attracting, hiring and engaging the most talented employees meeting the recruitment needs of the company. Your responsibilities Advertising job vacancies, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates (via phone, video conference, in-person) Ensure a positive candidate experience Maintain and update reporting files, use and update ATS Seeking new ways to expand sourcing channels Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with organizations and universities Participate in job fairs or networking events Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field At least one year of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role Excellent analytical and communication skills, critical thinking and flexibility Ability to work within a team and strict deadlines Ability to work within a fast-paced working environment, set priorities and take initiatives Excellent knowledge of the English language Excellent command of MS-Office, especially in excel Experience with Social Media Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems We offer Competitive remuneration package Continuous training and opportunities for professional as well as personal growth A friendly and modern working environment
