Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist customers with inquiries about fitness and sports equipment, including product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Guide customers through their purchasing decisions and provide expert advice on fitness products.
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in retail or sports/fitness sectors, is advantageous.
• Passion for fitness, sports, and customer care is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and customer management systems is a plus.
