You will be the first point of contact for customers across Nordic countries, assisting them with their inquiries about DIY tools and home improvement products. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in Nordic languages, addressing inquiries related to home improvement and DIY tools.
• Assist customers with product selection, order inquiries, and technical support, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Document interactions with customers accurately, maintaining organized records of inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with inventory and sales teams to manage stock levels and ensure product availability for customers.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in home improvement and new product offerings to provide up-to-date information to customers.
• Engage proactively with customers, following up on inquiries and ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills continuously.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) and strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail, ideally in the home improvement or DIY sector, is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on providing high-quality customer experiences.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward addressing customer needs.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
• A passion for home improvement and DIY projects will be highly beneficial in effectively assisting customers.
