Our technology allows you to calculate the value of your property, create professional marketing content, arrange viewings, collect feedback and process offers quickly and efficiently. The role We're looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our growing team and play a crucial role in our mission to transform the real estate market. This is not a traditional real estate agent role, and there is no cold calling involved. You will communicate with customers and leads who have made direct enquiries to our company. You will attend appointments, create listings, nurture relationships with our clients and help them achieve their real estate goals. Key Responsibilities Inbound Calls: Handle inbound calls from landlords and inbound leads, providing information and guidance on HOMI's services. Outbound Calls to Existing Clients: Reach out to existing HOMI clients to explore how we can assist them with their ongoing real estate needs. Attend First Appointments: Conduct initial meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs. Present HOMI Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the unique benefits and value of HOMI's services to potential clients. Secure New Listings: Successfully onboard new listings to the HOMI platform Objection Handling: Tactfully address objections and rebuttals during customer interactions, providing solutions and building rapport. Lead Management: Input all relevant information, including leads, stages, viewings, appointments, and progress updates, into our CRM system. Weekly Owner Calls: Make weekly calls to owners of properties currently listed on the HOMI platform to discuss the progress of their sale or rental. Document Collection: Collect initial documentation from owners to facilitate initial financial, technical, and legal diligence of properties. Photography: Use high-tech camera to capture property photos and upload them to enhance property listings. Property Viewings: Attend property viewings (as needed) to showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants. Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success and sales associates to ensure a seamless customer experience. Deal Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate deals with both tenants and buyers to maximize the value of each transaction. Transaction Coordination: Provide transaction details to the transaction coordinator for lease agreements and sales transactions. We were the first to introduce a market value calculator and we are continuing to develop more tools to calculate property taxes, objective values, energy consumption and more. You are up for a challenge, lots of responsibility, and a steep learning curve You will make an impact on the current housing crisis in Greece whereby tenants are expected to pay 3 months’ rent just to enter a property. At HOMI we have abolished real estate fees for tenants and buyers. You will join a close-knit, young team (24-34 years old) Requirements Not afraid to get on the phone and call customers Native-level command of Greek language Excellent command of the English language Bachelor’s Degree or similar Good command of Microsoft Office suite Drivers license and access to a vehicle Good to have, but not compulsory Previous experience in a role making lots of calls Previous experience with a CRM software Previous experience in retail or hospitality Benefits In contrast to other agencies, we offer a monthly base salary of 900 euros + commission structure on the revenue that you generate Reimbursement for fuel expenses No need to open your own books as an entrepreneur No need to pay social security until a contract gets done No need to wait for a notarised sale contract to get done so that you can get paid A steady base wage of x plus bonuses based on closed sales and rental Earn up to 50% commissions on the revenue you generate for the company Ongoing training and mentoring from co-founders Unique company culture with a distinctly Australian influence Great office space in Moschato with 24-hour access and top amenities co-located amongst other startups at the egg program Growth opportunities within HOMI
