Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding online music and podcast services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account issues, subscription plans, and content access.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to enhance user experience.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with the content and technical teams to deliver accurate information and resolve more complex problems.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in music and podcasting to provide knowledgeable support to clients.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute towards improving products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the music, entertainment, or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in customer support software and standard office applications.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
