We are currently seeking a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Online Music & Podcast Department. This role is perfect for those who have a passion for music and technology, and who are eager to assist Flemish-speaking clients in navigating their online music and podcast experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding online music and podcast services through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to account issues, subscription plans, and content access.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to enhance user experience.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with the content and technical teams to deliver accurate information and resolve more complex problems.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in music and podcasting to provide knowledgeable support to clients.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute towards improving products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the music, entertainment, or technology sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented with effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in customer support software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
