You will be a key contributor to our sales team’s success. We are currently looking for a full time Junior Project Management for our Headquarters in Marousi, Attica. Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Project Management team in the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion phase of a project. Assist in communication with customers, negotiation, and problem-solving management. Colleagues inspiration, motivation, and guidance towards a common goal. Tasks prioritization and project planning/scheduling Responsibilities: Discuss/clarify project details with customers.Document information gathered.Guide corresponding departments.A-Z Project coordination, monitoring. Monitor and coordinate the whole process.Plan the order/project implementation.Negotiate and cooperate with customer.Ensure smooth delivery on time / assess risks.Risk assessment / ensure smooth and timely project delivery.Identify and overcome the mitigating circumstances within the project.Find solutions to possible obstacles.Document the outcome/results/feedback.Manage possible mishandling / problem-solving management.Guide customer to next steps / Customer success management.
