To drive and expand Marcura’s footprint in the Greek market. In this high-impact role, the Maritime Growth Executive will work closely with leadership to implement the local growth strategy, engage key shipping companies, and successfully convert prospects into active, revenue-generating customers.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within top-tier Greek maritime accounts to help us achieve our growth plans. Build a pipeline and support to close new business across different solutions.
· Support the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
· Represent Marcura at key local events, associations, and customer meetings
· Provide local market intelligence to help shape messaging, campaigns, and ABM efforts
· Maintain pipeline visibility and share updates on key interactions and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, and experience in Sales within the maritime technology sector.
- Strong industry network essential.
- Ability to effectively navigate change management processes
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with exposure to maritime technology sales
- Consistent, reliable with problem-solving and results oriented team player.
- Technology in maritime/shipping ops
