We are currently seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Home Security & Alarm Systems Department. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding home security and alarm systems through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, installation guidance, and troubleshooting.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and technical issues to enhance user experience.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of support requests.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex concerns and improve service standards.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather feedback from customers to support continuous improvement in products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the home security or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
