Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about the ride-sharing app, helping them with bookings, account issues, and service queries.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and service improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C. V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Experience in customer support or the tech industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ride-sharing apps and technology is a bonus.
