Requirements

• Fluency in Slovenian and excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role is a plus.

• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Proficiency with customer service software is advantageous.
