This role requires relocation to Greece. Candidate must have a valid EU passport or ID. A residency card is not enough, unless you already live in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish regarding repairs and warranty claims
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through return and repair processes
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Educate customers on warranty policies and repair timelines
• Collaborate with repair teams to facilitate efficient service delivery
• Identify opportunities for process improvement based on customer feedback

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in consumer electronics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Basic technical knowledge of consumer electronics is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing systems and processes
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
• Valid EU passport or ID.
