This role requires relocation to Greece. Candidate must have a valid EU passport or ID. A residency card is not enough, unless you already live in Greece.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish regarding repairs and warranty claims
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through return and repair processes
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Educate customers on warranty policies and repair timelines
- Collaborate with repair teams to facilitate efficient service delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on customer feedback
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in consumer electronics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Basic technical knowledge of consumer electronics is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing systems and processes
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
