Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Hotel Reservations and Hospitality Department. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that guests receive exceptional service from the moment they inquire about reservations to the end of their stay. Your primary focus will be on providing support in German while assisting customers with their hotel bookings, inquiries, and any special requests they may have. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service in German, managing inquiries related to hotel reservations and hospitality services.
  • Assist customers with booking processes, including changes, cancellations, and special requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of bookings and customer interactions in the reservation system.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to resolve any issues or special requests that guests may have during their stay.
  • Stay informed about hotel policies, available amenities, and local attractions to offer relevant information to customers.
  • Engage with customers proactively to ensure a seamless booking experience and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance service delivery and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in hospitality or hotel reservations, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on meeting customer needs.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect professionally with clients and hotel staff.
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
